First, to reduce your weight sustainably and in a healthy way, your diet has to be changed and the physical activities have to be raised. I will quickly take you to your limits with specific exercises and let your surplus pounds melt away.

A BACK FREE OF PAIN
Back pain mainly results from stressed muscles and ligaments or worn-out spinal columns and disks. Besides building up your back and core muscles we will also do fasciae training and a lot of stretching.
Partly, movement restrictions are a natural result of insufficient motion, incorrect motion patterns and aging. The motion therapy stimulates the blood circulation and loosens tension. This training especially focuses on rolling out the fasciae with a foam-roller.
Cardio training is an essential element in the development and maintenance of a good state of health which has positive effects on the cardiovascular system. Beginner or advanced - I will show you how to improve your running practice.
Functional training is an every day relevant form of exercise that involves different kinds of sports. It includes extensive motion sequences which are demanding for multiple joints and muscle groups at the same time. In this way, you train your complete body and enhance your performance.
The body is coated with a fibrous mesh of connective tissue, the fasciae. Due to over and under loading or stress, these fibers may stick together and lead to tension and pain. With elastic jumps, relaxation and stretching I will help you achieve an even better body awareness.
After a disease or an operation the physical skills must be rehabilitated quickly. To avoid pain we often choose a relieving posture which in turn leads to muscular disbalances. This can be caused by an accident in sports, in every day life or at work. With my expertise you will learn to perform the exercises correctly and independently.
BODY FAT MEASURE
With the aid of a skin fold measuring instrument (caliper) the body fat percentage can be determined precisely. Especially for weight loss and muscle formation the determination of the skin-fold thickness is very important, furthermore it prevents the yo-yo-effect.
